Project Description:
EC Cleveland launched Retrofits for Energy Efficiency Work (RENEW) at the City Club of Cleveland. RENEW provides financing, technical and project support for energy conservation measures (ECMs) in municipal, university, school, and hospital buildings. RENEW Cleveland-Cuyahoga is an exemplary public-private partnership among Emerald Cities Cleveland, Cuyahoga County Government, the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority, and Public Finance & Energy Advisors.
Services Highlights:
Facilitate contractor education for LCP Tracker and B2GNow. Monitor and enforce CPRs and State required submittals, as well as subcontractor payments and divesity tracking. Coordinate and promote system design of three interfaces (LCP Tracker/B2GNow/SRS) to other ECC cities and counties.
